Payment for Services: Balance is due at project completion, unless other payment arrangements have been made. Late fees will be assessed against the balance due at 30 days (5%), 60 days (10%), and 90 days (20%).
For any balance greater than 90 days past due, a Notice of Intent will be issued to file claim pursuant to NCGS § 44A-12
